Do I need a permit for my demolition job?
It depends on what’s being removed and which city you’re in. Some work in Miami-Dade requires a permit and some doesn’t. Send us photos and the address and we’ll tell you before we schedule anything.
Is hauling the debris included?
Yes. The price covers the tear-out, loading, hauling, and disposal. You don’t need to rent a dumpster or find a separate hauler.
How is demolition priced?
By the size of what’s coming down, the material, and how much debris there is to haul. Send photos for a quote, and you approve the price before we start.
Can you work around my contractor’s schedule?
Yes. Tell us the date your contractor needs the space cleared and we’ll schedule the tear-out and haul-off ahead of it.
